B | 一是坚持依法治理，压实反诈责任。组织“学法 普法 执法”百日行动，全行业线上线下反诈法普法教育超2.4万人次，联合多部门开展反诈法执法检查。近一年来，对相关企业行政处罚4次、行政约谈5次、通报批评9次，有效压实全行业反诈主体责任。 二是坚持源头治理，从严管控风险。开展异常入网专项治理，深入推进“断卡”专项行动，今年以来，全行业累计核查处置涉诈异常电话卡87.9万张。推广跨境业务按需办理，为无跨境通信需求的用户提供关闭境外来电和短信接收服务，截至目前，全省大部分用户已关闭境外来电和短信接收服务，大幅压缩境外诈骗引流空间。 三是坚持科技治理，强化数智赋能。在各基础电信企业的大力支持下，建立建强全省信息通信行业反诈实验室，努力做到魔高一尺、道高一丈、技防前置、攻防兼备。比如，研发相关系统助力固话盗打诈骗预警准确率和破案率“双提升”，上线以来成功预警固话盗打事件68起，阻断潜在风险号码6015个，协助公安机关拆除“黑盒子”设备72套，抓获涉案人员30名。今年以来，全行业累计拦截诈骗电话189.3万次，处置涉诈域名网址1197.9万个。 四是坚持协同治理，凝聚反诈合力。联合省公安厅创新建立“信警联动、分类分级”复机管控机制，常态化推送涉诈线索支撑案件侦办。比如，今年6月，公安机关依据基础电信企业推送的新办理号码异常发送短信线索，成功打掉发送诈骗短信团伙，抓获4名涉诈嫌疑人。联合省机制办成员单位，开展“江淮反诈沙龙”，举办全省大学生反诈短视频海报大赛，拓宽反诈宣传覆盖面。今年以来，全行业开展“五进”宣传活动2964场次，覆盖受众224.4万人次，发送反诈公益短信10.8亿条，营造全民识诈防诈浓厚氛围。版权申明：凡注有“”或电头为“”的稿件，均为独家版权所有，未经许可不得转载或镜像；授权转载必须注明来源为“”，并保留“”的电头。 。
